my last week!!

This week is my last week. Every work is very usual but i feel so sad about everything i did. This is my very first internship but i met lots of people who work at the most important news agency in China. They taught me a lot and they are so kind that i never feel bad.
I wrote something about my wishes and thanks on my wechat page to them. Though i had to do lots of work here, i have learned how the bigges new agency in China works systematically and  orderly. It's a very rare opportunity.
Also i made lots of friends here, we ate lunch together and shared the school life and what we learned from the work of each of us. It's my horner to be here.

what i did this week!

This week is very important to me because i got a chance from the editor to attend a speech of ministry of education at the state council information office P.R.C.
Actually I had no chance to attend the meeting because only the regular stuff has the chance. But i tried very hard to ask my editor and the related journalist for this chance. Then i succeed.
From that,  i found out i need to always be active to the every chance and try hard to get it because i could learn a lot from that.

After the meeting, I and my partner went back to the agency and start our very first article. We have argued about what we should write first a lot. From that, i learned the teamwork more and also tried to listen the opinion from others. It helps me a lot.

Our editor helped us edit the article later and gave us a final version. But it's very different with our original text. I knew i have a long way to go and more to learn.

almost last week!!

Last week, i learned a very important word in my intern life, teamwork.
Sometimes our supervisor would give us lots of tasks to do the statistics and analyze, record the important information. If i want to do it alone, i need at least 3 days to finish the task. But if we can learn to do the teamwork, we can finish it in one day.
From my perspective, the time and the efficiency are very important to our supervisor.

late report

I was so busy these weeks that i almost forgot to record my internship week.
Last week, i was still busy at training the new comers. Because we have different tasks everyday, then i decided to give them my contact information that they can ask me questions whenever they need. But it's a good thing to teach them! I can also be more proficiency.
Another thing i learned from my internship is learning from others.
I have completed a comparisons of weekly hot topics of different news agencies last Friday. First i need to find the hot topics we already have that week and then i need to find what other agencies have at that week.
It's very important to learn others' viewpoints and then we can have a better improvement.
I will do that comparison to others in the future.

what did i do this week!!

This week is not like any week before because some of my old colleagues who were also the interns would leave after this week. I met some of new interns and taught them what we do and what we should do when the problem come.
At first, it's hard for me to teach others because i only have two week experience but then i found out if i think deeply and systematically, it wont be hard. For example, at the first day, i felt awkward to show them my work. But at the second day, i start to orderly tell them what we do at usual from the morning to the end. It's much easier when you prepared.

I have a suggestion for all of the new interns, if you have questions, don't be afraid to ask. Whoever you asked and whatever the answer you get, it would be so helpful for your next career.
