what did i do this week!!

This week is not like any week before because some of my old colleagues who were also the interns would leave after this week. I met some of new interns and taught them what we do and what we should do when the problem come. 
At first, it's hard for me to teach others because i only have two week experience but then i found out if i think deeply and systematically, it wont be hard. For example, at the first day, i felt awkward to show them my work. But at the second day, i start to orderly tell them what we do at usual from the morning to the end. It's much easier when you prepared. 

I have a suggestion for all of the new interns, if you have questions, don't be afraid to ask. Whoever you asked and whatever the answer you get, it would be so helpful for your next career.

I am a journalism student studying in the Michigan State University. I am working on the XinHua News Agency as a assistant editor now. It's my first internship and also the first time working on a international news agency. I am so excited for this and hope I can learn a lot.

Hi! i am a typical Chinese, typical journalism student and typical girl. I like reading, writing, communicating and also the make up and shopping.
I have been to the U.S. for 3 three years. Since my last year is on the way, i planned to start a new experience and life for myself.
I gave my resume to the XinHua News Agency, the most important new agency in china. Luckily, i am chosen to have internship here in this summer.
I will started my work from the June to the Aug 1st and work as a assistant editor. It's my first internship and also the first time working on a international news agency. I am so excited for this and hope i can learn a lot!!

first week internship

Today is the start of my new week internship.

I started my work since Jun 2th and have 4 days off because of the chinese dragon boat festival.
At first, my supervisor didnot let me work alone but arrange others to help me and get familiar with everything. Then I started to work by my own last tuseday.

Tuesday morning is always the most busiest not only because we have the regular meeting. Tuesday meeting is special because many editors from other departments would come here and discuss a week plan. Besides the tuseday, we only make the day plan.

At my first week, i learned how to help editors proofread the sketch and push the articles online to everyone. And i even give an advice in one regular meeting. Even though it sounds bery stupid but i have to say i am so pround of myself because other interns would not do that.

The work is not that difficult but isn't easy as well. I should always be carefull and make no mistake. Because the wrong character and mistakes are not allowed in an authoritarian office.

My internship friends help me a lot. They all come from the one of best univiersities in china. I hope i can make friends with them because they are better than me in study. They told me it's not always busy in the office. I can take a book to there and read.

The busiest day is always the Monday. Because we need to do lots of stats of numbers of the article like how many people reading, downloading and even the seasonal data.

Last monday, only the srping data of articles reading downloading, using took me and my friend 5 hours to finish.

Today is another monday, the reason why i can post my blog is i only have night shift today.
